NE15 Plate Chain Bucket Elevator is a new-type heavy-duty vertical conveying equipment belonging to NE series, professionally developed and optimized for complete dry mortar production lines, sand drying systems and building material powder processing plants. With rated conveying capacity 15m³/h, this single-row plate chain elevator adopts inflow feeding and gravity discharging working mode, equipped with thickened manganese steel plate chain and impact-resistant welded carbon steel hoppers, which features stable operation, low running speed, low material backflow and ultra-low wear loss. The whole machine adopts fully closed welded steel structure with high-density sealing gaskets on all access doors, realizing dust-free enclosed conveying and meeting international environmental protection production standards. Standard fitted with anti-reverse backstop device, it can effectively prevent chain reverse sliding and material backflow when sudden power outage occurs, greatly improving operational safety. Featuring compact body structure, small floor occupation, energy-saving motor drive and easy modular maintenance, this elevator is mainly used for continuous vertical lifting of dry granular and powdery materials including quartz sand, cement, fly ash, stone powder and mortar additives. It perfectly matches small and medium-sized tile adhesive, putty powder and plaster mortar production lines. Custom lifting height, 304 stainless steel hopper, explosion-proof motor and automatic lubrication system are available to meet diversified factory installation and material conveying demands.

• Start the elevator firstly, then feed materials; stop feeding first, run empty to discharge materials before shutdown.
• Feed materials evenly, forbid overload feeding and hard bulk materials entering the machine.
• Lubricate chain and sprocket every 8 working hours, replace worn hoppers and chains regularly.
• Clean tail accumulated powder every week to avoid chain jamming.
• Cut off total power completely before opening inspection doors for maintenance.
• Forbid conveying sticky wet materials, high-temperature materials over 80℃.
